As i was Googling Merdeka... apparently the hottest topic concerning this historic day is how ANAK MALAYSIA does not know the lyrics to all the 'important' songs

Stop complaining as if everything is our fault and maybe we'll be more patriotic aight? Ain't our fault is it? Aihhh... don't even get me started on what's wrong with our "democratic society"... (better not start in case THEY decided to sue/fine/ban/throw me in lockup under InSatiableArrest)

HOWEVER, i AM Anak Malaysia and am rather thankful for it actually - i love our food, culture, colourful people, civilization (as compared to other unfortunate countries... with the exception of the occasional barbaric individuals), the long-hours malls, etc. etc. etc. To prove my affection, i shall cite our National Anthem (without referring to any books/guides of course):

Okay i guess i just proved their point haha BUT i'm excuse-able cuz i ain't in school no more! If it's any consolation... my younger sister hums here way through perhimpunan's choir haahaha

Coming of age

i am going through a very concerning phase right now... my radio is always tuned to Light & Easy these days - at least for the one in my room. In my car i'll switch between 6 channels depending on what they were playing at that time. Damn. Should i be worried? Like right now they're playing Barry Manilow dei... and i still haven't changed channel... i actually like it +_+ miaaaaaaaa and i always laugh at my dad and my aunt for never changing their radio station.. always Light&Easy. shitz. eat my own laugh.

Ahmed died in a fire and his body was so badly burned that the morgue
needed someone to identify the body.

As he had no family, they called up his two best friends, Ah Beng and Kumar.

Ah Beng went in first and the mortician pulled back the sheet.
Ah Beng said, "Wah-lau-eh, he's very barbecued like cha siu. But if you
would roll him over, I will tell you if he's my friend Ahmed or not."

The mortician rolled the body over.
Ah Beng looked at his ass and said, "Heng-ah! No-lah, dat not Ahmed."
The mortician was puzzled how he was so sure but he didn't say anything.

He went and got Kumar to check the body.
Kumar looked closely and said, "Aiyoyo, it is true he's burnt very bad,
but need you to roll him over and I can confirm if he's my friend, Ahmed."

Again the mortician rolled the body over.

Kumar looked down at the ass and said, "Aiyoyo, oh no no, this is
definitely not Ahmed."

The mortician, unable to suppress his curiosity any longer, said,
"Okay, you have to tell me now - how can you and Ah Beng tell for sure this is
not Ahmed?"

Kumar said, "Well, this Ahmed, he had two assholes."

"What?!!" the mortician said in disbelief, "He had two assholes?!!"

"Oh yes, everyone in the neighbourhood knows this. Every time the three
of us go out, people always say, ' Here comes Ahmed with the two
assholes'."
